A plan with data ends at whichever comes first.
A plan that names an amount of data, such as "20 GB or 30 days", ends when the data is used up or the days run out, whichever comes first. Unused data is lost when the days end.
Data counts downloads and uploads together, across all the devices on your login. We measure it from our own records, which can run a few minutes behind.
A plan that says "unlimited data" is limited only by its days.
What the numbers mean.
The speed is the most a plan allows. The internet comes from a shared Starlink connection, so real speeds go up and down with the weather and with how many people are online.
Each plan allows a number of devices online at the same time on one login. If all places are in use, remove a device you are not using in My account.
You will not lose days you paid for.
If you buy a plan while another one is running, the new plan starts when the running one ends. If a plan ends early because its data ran out, the next one you bought starts straight away.
Price changes: 7 days' notice; plans already bought keep their price.
Top up your wallet, then buy a plan.
You cannot pay on this website. You put money in your wallet by bank transfer or cash, and a person at Isoponet confirms it.
