How to pay

You top up a wallet, then buy plans from it. Money counts once a person at Isoponet has seen it arrive.

How we receive money today

The plain version.

Today we are paid in two ways: bank transfer to the Isoponet bank account, and cash to the person at the site who is allowed to take it. A person at Isoponet checks each payment against the bank account or the cash received, then confirms it. Nothing is taken from you automatically, and nothing renews by itself.

You cannot pay by card on this website, and this website has no payment form. Please do not send money anywhere except the account shown in My account.

Paying, step by step

By bank transfer or in cash. Any amount.

You can pay by bank transfer or in cash. The account details are shown in My account after you sign in. Every payment is confirmed by a person within 2 hours during support hours.

  1. 1

Pay. Send a bank transfer to the account shown in My account, or give cash at the site. Check that the account name is the one My account shows.

  2. 2

Tell us. After a transfer, open My account, press I've paid, and enter the sender's name or the transfer reference. You can also tell the caretaker. Cash is recorded by the caretaker.

  3. 3

We confirm. A person at Isoponet checks the money and confirms it, within 2 hours during support hours. It then shows in your wallet.

  4. 4

Buy a plan. Buy a plan from your wallet in My account, or ask the caretaker to do it. The plan starts at once.

Your wallet

Pay ahead, buy later.

Whatever you send goes into your wallet, even if it is not the exact price of a plan. A plan is bought for exactly its price, from the money in your wallet. If a transfer is short of the price, the money stays in your wallet and My account tells you how much more is needed. If it is more, the rest stays for next time.

My account shows your balance and every payment and purchase.
